> Phở originated in northern Vietnam in the late 19th or early 20th century, influenced by Chinese noodle soups and French beef consumption during colonial rule. Chef Phong, born in northern of Vietnam, dedicated years to perfecting phở, carrying on his family's tradition from his grandmother’s shop, which has been serving authentic phở for over 20 years.
